Photography

I have snapped a few pictures, but you don't have to like them. I know it's stupid to blame the equipment, but I wish I could afford a digital SLR body, so I could use my existing Canon lenses. My current digital compact camera has a few very effective limitations: I can't use filters, it has a limited focal length range (I want longer focal lengths than currently available), and it would also be nice to have a very wide setting, so I wouldn't have to take 60+ photos for a panorama. Not to mention exposure control, as there's no way to lock the exposure on my little digital camera so that I could take a series of photos with the same exact settings.

Update (Jan'06): Now I have a DSLR, and I'm also slowly moving the gallery into a more easily maintable one. For now the existing web-gallery will be here, but all the new stuff will go into the new gallery

Heinäkuun lopulla 2005 Wene-WiOL kiersi konsertoimassa Pirkanmaalla kirkkoveneillä.

Toukokuussa 2005 WiOL kiersi konsertoimassa Unkarissa.

Joulukuussa 2004 tuli vietettyä pari päivää jouluisessa Tallinnassa.

Syys-lokakuun vaihteessa 2004 oli vuorossa reilun viikon mittainen vaellus Käsivarressa.

WeneWiol 2004:n muistelokonsertin ja -karonkan paluumatkalla tuli poikeuttua katsomaan Mustion linnaa.

Syyskuussa 2004 pääsimme studioon levyttämään taustoja Martti Servon uudelle levylle, Juhannuksen taika. Levy julkaistiin keväällä 2005, ja pääsimme myös esiintymään julkaisukeikalle Tavastialle.
